Lighter & Brighter - Mission Accomplished!

Hello lovelies...I spent the morning at Lila's school on an adventurous scavenger hunt ( is there a more magical place than pre-k? I wanna go everyday) so just popping in to close out the last day of the Recipe Exchange...if you've been eating along everyone has been doing their best to fulfill my citrus cravings and the super lovely Stephanie of Scrumptious doesn't disappoint - her Roasted Beet, Citrus, Mint, Goat Cheese and Walnut Salad sounds heavenly...thank you to all the wonderful bloggers who participated and helped bring a little warm weather my way even if it was just in the kitchen...here's the full schedule just in case you missed any or feel a case of scurvy coming on...

  1. Thanks for hosting Michelle! I've made a ton of recipes so far, and honestly- they were all "winning" dishes (my little adage to Charlie... sorry, I know- so old).

    Seriously, this was a great theme. Sometimes it's hard to find healthier recipes that are simple for a weeknight, but don't sacrifice taste. Making Katie's, Stephanie's & Tina's very soon... and must find an excuse to go on 'chic-nic' asap. =)

  4. Oh, I so agree with the preschool magic. After volunteering at the Valentine's party I cannot get enough of watching those little weirdos do there thing. It's pure comedy. So glad you got to enjoy a bit of that before the new little one makes an arrival.
