I think I'm in the mood to hit up my favorite flower shop...orange tulips, purple orchids in a Heath vase and those giant leaves are calling my name...ready for Spring!! Tell me friends, do you have flowers blooming in your gardens yet?
I'm need of some fresh flowers too - mine are a sight sight at the moment. Love all of these. Especially that first arrangement, shelf, quirky knick knacks and all.
I planted Lilly of the Valley bulbs for the first time and I just spotted three little shoots this morning. They are darling. And two tiny sweet pea sprouts. I'm so excited for spring!
We have a few scattered snowdrops in our garden, but we live in Scandinavia, and today it snowed!! BRR. However I love your blog - totally. Just came across it on my daily 'travels' and I found an awesome blog, and a fab shop. WOW. I am your newest follower - hope you come visit me, and have a look at what I do, maybe you follow me back:) Hope to see you soon. A xx http://anyaadores.blogspot.com
Orchids are wonderful and so so easy to take care of. I highly recommend getting a bunch of them and scattering them around your house. So graceful and beautiful.
& there are bluebonnets popping up between Houston and Austin! Not quite my garden, but hurrah for Texas highways and that wonderful wonderful Lady Bird Johnson!
We are in the NE and our tulip, hyacinth and daffodil shoots are about 2 inches out of the ground! We noticed some crocuses on a walk yesterday... so looking forward to Spring weather and greenery! I'm planning on forcing some bulbs this weekend so I have some indoors, too!
