Drink up Buttercup...

Last weekend we had a little pop up shop at my studio and whipped up a couple of batches of these Lillet Rose Spring Cocktails from Martha Stewart...they were super quick, a gorgeous peachy pink and went down perhaps a little too easy...the only hard part was tracking down the Lillet Rose (not red or white)
Bottoms up!

  • 12 ounces Lillet Rose
  • 12 ounces Ruby Red grapefruit juice
  • 6 ounces gin
  • 6 edible flower blossoms
  • Combine 6 ounces Lillet, 6 ounces grapefruit juice, 3 ounces gin, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain and divide cocktail among 3 stemmed cocktail glasses, such as Champagne coupes. Repeat. Garnish with flowers. Serve immediately.

  5. I want to come over for those cocktails. Seriously, what Melissa said. You need to join us in a weekend getaway sometime soon. Need to toast you in person someday. I'm still holding out for a magical palm springs girls weekend. :)
